Gerald Swanson, owner and proprietor of this local landmark,
is a native son of Silverton and his family has lived here
almost as long as there has been a town. The Villa has been owned by a
single family since 1901. Gerald's grandmother raised 11 children
in this house, and the Swanson's have preserved the
cozy feeling of home that Gerald's grandmother and mother created.

To compliment its historical ambiance, Villa Dallavalle offers its guests
a buffet breakfast served at 8am in addition to excellent accommodations.
All rooms include private baths, cable television, telephones, and
magnificent views of surrounding mountains.
Our guests are invited to gather in the comfortable lobby
and enjoy an evening libation while being occasionally regaled with
local folklore as told by Silverton's Gerald Swanson. The Inn is equipped
